What you will do: * Motivate, mentor, and coach team to attain admission goals. * Establish team responsibility, leadership, and performance. * Responsible for on-going hiring, training and professional development of admissions staff. * Interact effectively with Financial Aid and all other departments * Responsible for various reports to ensure the Executive Director and Home Office are updated
Skills and Experience you will need: * Track record of skill in managing admissions team in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. * Patience and problem-solving approach to admissions issues. * Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred. * 5+ years experience as a successful Admissions Representative in a proprietary school. Minimum 2 years experience leading a High school admissions team or other comparable successful sales experience will be considered. * 2+ years as a Director of Admissions in a proprietary school. * Highly organized, with the ability to consistently multi-task. * Strong goal and results orientation. * Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism * Highly motivated, and passionate about achieving strict goals and deadlines for the Admissions team. * Persuasive communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
